This resource is an eight page PDF document with activities to do based on the book The Perfectly Proper Grand Pet Parade by Coral Vass and Karen Sagovac. This document contains six worksheets for students.

The activities allow the students to reflect on the story and extend their understanding of the themes within this text. There are vocabulary activities (rhyming words, dictionary work, alliteration, adjectives and a word detective sheet) plus a story pyramid worksheet and a writing activity about pets.

There are two different pet writing sheets - one for students who have a pet and one to cater for students who may not have a pet.
