EDITING IN ADOBE ACROBAT READER

1. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (please ensure you are using the free version).
2. Edit your text by clicking on the highlighted text fields (shown in blue). Font style, size, and colour cannot be changed in the PDF version. Please use the PowerPoint version for full font customisation.
3. For printing, go to Printer Settings, select “Borderless”, and choose either A4 or Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) for the best results.

1. Open the file in Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Customise the student’s name, details, and font style or colour (the background image cannot be changed).
3. For printing, select “Borderless” in Printer Settings and choose either A4 or Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) for the best results.
