**This Anxiety Support Pack is designed to support pastoral and wellbeing conversations with secondary school-aged students. **

It provides a clear, flexible structure for exploring anxiety and identifying practical coping strategies in a safe, non-clinical way.

This resource is ideal for use by:

  • Pastoral leaders
  • Year leaders
  • Tutors
  • SEN staff
  • Safeguarding and wellbeing teams

What鈥檚 included:

  • A clear session plan with suggested timings
  • Practitioner guidance for safe and appropriate delivery
  • Simple explanations of anxiety and the fight, flight or freeze responses

    * Box breathing
    * 5-4-3-2-1 grounding
