This six-lesson RE unit for KS2 introduces pupils to key beliefs and practices in Islam, focusing on trust in Allah, prayer, the Qur’an, the mosque, and the celebration of Eid. Pupils learn how worship, daily life, and festivals reflect what matters most to Muslim people. The unit includes structured activities, discussion prompts, and differentiated tasks suitable for Years 3–6. It links to the unit ‘How do festivals and worship show what matters to a Muslim?’ by RE Today/NATRE.
