A work book containing a whole scheme of work with 12 lessons on slavery. Each lesson contains an engage task (usually knowledge retrieval) and has a range of activities. The work book includes lessons on:

  • Why Britain was involved in the slave trade
  • Slave rebellions
  • Why slavery was abolished
  • Slavery today
  • Why there are statues being pulled down today

It is aimed at year 8, but can easily be adapted for any other key stage 3 year group!
