Teach PSHE, RSE, careers and life skills from Year 7 to Year 13 with 266 one-hour lessons and a complete whole-school toolkit.

FUTUREPROOF brings secondary PSHE, personal development and careers into one sequenced programme for schools in England. Each year group has 38 lessons. The six FUTURE skills:

Focus, Understanding, Tenacity, Uniqueness, Responsibility and Expression; give pupils a shared language in lessons, tutor time, assemblies and across subjects.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• Seven year-group schemes of work, branded PowerPoint lessons, guidance for non-specialist teachers, a student mission sheet and a matching SEND-supported worksheet for every lesson.
• A lesson-level map to the 2026 statutory relationships, sex and health education guidance, including healthy relationships, consent, FGM, online safety and physical and mental health. British Values and citizenship are woven through the programme.
• Careers and employability activities on local labour market information, post-16 and post-18 pathways, CVs, interviews, communication, presentations, budgeting and financial resilience.
• A whole-school implementation guide, staff CPD, classroom ambassador training, tutor-time resources, 12 assemblies and seven year-group drop-down days.
• A six-session business mentoring toolkit with employer and pupil templates, plus optional baseline, mid-term and end-of-term assessments and a tracker.

Every lesson begins with a learning objective and recall starter, then uses clear explanations, structured talk, regular checks for understanding, an applied task and challenge, and an objective-linked plenary. Pupil computers are not required.

The RSHE map and Gatsby planning tools help leaders plan and record provision. Schools can add local labour market information, review sensitive content against their policies, and arrange the employer encounters, workplace experiences and personal guidance that make a careers programme work.
