The students were divided into two groups and recipes were provided for each group
If using different recipes, they can just be used as examples of paper work

The cost information was based on those recipes

For practical evidence, pupils completed tasting notes, photograph descriptions and the teacher completed observation sheets

There are some examples of observation sheets used for the recipes
