The chronology every DSL is eventually asked to produce, built so it actually holds up when you hand it over.

What鈥檚 included:

One student, one chronology, one row per event - in date order, ready to bring to any meeting
RAG and Category as two separate fields - severity (Green/Amber/Red) is never automatically dictated by category (CP, CIN, Early Help, Attendance, Behaviour, Medical, Online Safety, Other), because a routine CP review with no concerns shouldn鈥檛 read as high-risk just because it鈥檚 CP-related
Action, Outcome and Next Steps columns, so the chronology always reflects the current picture
A live Summary tab - counts by RAG and by category, ready before any meeting

Who it鈥檚 for: DSLs and pastoral leads who need a genuinely usable chronology for multi-agency meetings, LADO involvement, or any case requiring a clear record of pattern and escalation over time.

Built per student, not as a whole-school log. For full caseload management, see the DSL Case Management Tracker.
