This wellbeing activity pack helps pupils explore feelings, body clues, safe coping strategies, trusted adults and kind ways to support a friend.

The activities do not require pupils to share personal experiences publicly. Teachers should adapt safeguarding language, trusted-adult roles and support routes to match their school policy.
