1-Hour Lesson – Fully Interactive – Part of a 9-Lesson Unit

Step into Victorian Britain with this first lesson of a nine-lesson unit, which also works perfectly as a stand-alone lesson. Students will explore the idea of the ‘ideal’ Victorian woman, analyse social expectations, and explain the role of women during this period. The lesson combines knowledge-building with source analysis and writing practice, helping students strengthen their understanding and develop key GCSE writing skills.

All lessons in this series follow the same clear structure, ensuring consistency and helping students track their learning at every stage.
