Before you begin to use your Magazine Subscription, you must create an online account at www.tes.com (“Website”). Please note that you may need to download additional applications via online stores, or otherwise acquire the rights to use appropriate reader software, to enable you to access the relevant online content.

As you are purchasing a Magazine Subscription as an individual, unless specifically stated otherwise, the Magazine Subscription will be personal to you. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the relevant content from the date of purchase of the Magazine Subscription. You are not permitted to share your individual subscription account credentials with any other person.

No subscriptions may be purchased by an individual at the individual rates, on behalf of an institution, company, organisation, corporation, or any other legal entity.

����Vlog reserves full editorial control over our publications and services and reserves the right to make changes, including but not limited to, the right to remove content which may be or become contentious, complained about or unlawful, and includes the look, feel and functionality of our publications and services.

Except where specifically or expressly stated in these Terms you are otherwise prohibited from reproducing, transmitting, displaying, printing, copying, distributing, or selling materials retrieved from your Subscription with us.

Your order represents an offer to ����Vlog to purchase a Magazine Subscription. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming your Magazine Subscription account details and start date. Only at this point has a binding contract been formed between you and us.

By placing an order for a Magazine Subscription on the ����Vlog Website, you warrant that you are (i) legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (ii) over the age of 18 years; and entering into a contract with you will not cause ����Vlog to be in breach of any applicable sanctions, restrictions and/or prohibitions on commercial or other transactions under statute, regulation, rule or rulings published from time to time by a governmental entity. If we reasonably believe that you are not eligible to enter into a contract with us, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

The price of your Magazine Subscription will be as quoted on the ����Vlog Website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. Prices are inclusive of VAT (as applicable). Prices are liable to change at any time.

����Vlog may amend the price of your Subscription with effect from the date of your next payment, with an increase in line with the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus up to 3%. ����Vlog will use the CPI figure published by the Office for National Statistics at the time of calculation.

If the ����Vlog Website contains incorrect information, or a Magazine Subscription is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical errors or an error in pricing information, we shall not be under any obligation to fulfil the Magazine Subscription to you at the incorrect price, even after we have accepted your order, if the pricing error was obvious to a reasonable person. If payment has already been taken for the purchase and your Magazine Subscription is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit or refund in the amount of the incorrect price. Alternatively, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. We will deduct the appropriate amount from your credit or debit card on the commencement of your Magazine Subscription or shortly thereafter and on every subsequent date payment is due.

By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used by you are yours (or that you have the permission of the account holder).

Where payments have been delayed or disrupted for any reason, you authorise us to deduct the payment from your card as soon as is reasonably possible to ensure your Magazine Subscription account is brought up to date. We will attempt to take payment three times before cancelling your Magazine Subscription.

Your Magazine Subscription will be available via your online account at www.tes.com shortly after your order has been accepted. 

Your Magazine Subscription shall commence on the date we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the below "Terminating your Magazine Subscription" clause.

On expiry of the Initial Term (and on every successive expiry of any Renewal Term) the Subscription shall renew automatically for an additional period, which shall be of the same length of time as the Initial Term, unless and until terminated in accordance with the following paragraph (each a "Renewal Period").

If you wish to cancel the renewal of your Magazine Subscription, you must do so no later than 48 hours prior to the Subscription renewal date. On termination of your Magazine Subscription, you will no longer have access to or be permitted to access your Magazine Subscription and will no longer be able to view paid Magazine content.

We reserve the right to terminate your magazine at any time during your subscription period without reason. We will provide you with 30 days notice of our intention to terminate the subscription in such an event, upon which you will be entitled to a pro rata refund for service not received following such termination.
 

Your right to cancel, in accordance with the , shall not be available to you due to access to the magazine commencing immediately upon receipt of payment. If you wish to sample the magazine before purchasing a subscription, you can create an account for free and have access to read three articles in full every month.

Alternative dispute resolution is an optional process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are unhappy with the way a complaint about editorial content is dealt with or believe that content is in breach of the Independent Press Standards Organisation Editors’ Code of Practice, please be aware that you can raise your complaint with IPSO by following the steps set out . 

These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
 

����Vlog aims to ensure that our Websites are available for 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, other than for short periods of down time due to, but not limited to, Website maintenance, among other things. However we do not warrant that at other times our Websites will be available. We will not be liable to you for damages or refunds should our Websites become unavailable or access to our Websites becomes slow or incomplete due to, but not limited to: system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades or updates, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make any of our Websites inaccessible to you.
