This is a scheme of work for the A Level text ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’. It is comprised of 8 double lesson PowerPoints which can also be delivered across 16 single lessons instead.

This scheme of work includes an introduction to relevant context, a systematic exploration of each chapter involving reading and analysis. There is a PowerPoint with questions for each chapter, and a Word document outlining the structure of delivery, both of which can be provided to students for ease of study.
