A ready-to-play, no‑prep classroom game that helps students master money amounts, number words, and currency expressions in English – while building speed, accuracy, and confidence.
This interactive HTML game combines maths and English in a fun, competitive format. Students race to convert displayed amounts (e.g., $100,000) into correct English phrases (“one hundred thousand dollars”) or identify the value from a written description. With single‑player and two‑player modes, a buzzer system, combo scoring, and instant feedback, it turns dry number‑word practice into an energetic classroom challenge.

Key Features
Two‑player battle mode – Students compete head‑to‑head by buzzing in (on‑screen buttons or keyboard shortcuts Q for P1, P for P2). The first to buzz gets to answer; correct answers earn points + combo bonuses; wrong answers lose points and give the other player a chance.

Single‑player practice mode – Perfect for independent learning, with automatic tracking of accuracy, streaks, and final performance.

Multiple currencies & English styles – Supports USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD symbols, and offers American vs. British English number‑to‑word conversion (e.g., “one hundred ten” vs. “one hundred and ten”).

Customisable difficulty – Teachers can set:

Number of questions (10, 20, or 30)

Time limit per question (5, 10, or 15 seconds)

Money ranges (from coins and bills up to millions) – easily adapt to different grade levels.

Smart question generation – The built‑in algorithm creates a varied, non‑repetitive pool of amounts based on your chosen ranges and currency, ensuring every game feels fresh.

Combo scoring – Consecutive correct answers build a streak (×3, ×5, ×10) that multiplies points, motivating students to stay focused.

Rich visual & audio feedback – Correct answers trigger coin‑burst animations and “Mario‑like” sound effects; wrong answers produce a shake effect and a distinct sound. All sounds can be toggled on/off.

Mistake review – After the game, players can review all incorrect answers, seeing their chosen option alongside the correct answer – perfect for targeted correction.

Detailed results – The final screen shows total score, correct/wrong counts, accuracy percentage, best combo, and a range‑by‑range mastery breakdown (e.g., coins, hundreds, thousands) to pinpoint weak areas.

Teacher‑friendly setup – A dedicated “Teacher Setup” screen lets you adjust all parameters, and a “Quick Start” button uses default settings for instant play.

Pause & full‑screen – Games can be paused/resumed, and full‑screen mode is supported for interactive whiteboards.
