Comprehensive booklet of tasks on the film Le Petit Nicolas. I used this as KS3 cover work whilst on a residential trip, meaning there’s enough to cover several lessons. Perfect end of term project, cover work, or short scheme of learning.

It was designed to be done as a follow up for students who had already watched the film, but it could be chunked down and used as an ongoing project while watching the film in class.

• match character description to film poster
• multiple choice plot quiz
• re-order the plot events
• sentence builder to give character opinions + task
• sentence builder to describe plot in perfect tense + task
• sentence builder to describe overall opinion (complex vocabulary) + task
• translation into English
• write a film review combining sentence builder vocabulary
• 5 open ended tasks for early finishers

Please note, there are a couple of places where I’ve removed a copyrighted image, but these can easily be replaced using Google Images.
