Every image has ONE item and shows its price.

Eight options for classroom use:

1. Vocabulary: fruits and vegetables
2. **Numbers **and prices: every item has a price
3. Interrogatives: Qu’est-ce que c’est, combien, de quelle couleur
4. Categories: there are three background colors to divide the images into categories
5. Familiar and strange fruits and vegetables / tasted and not tasted
6. Cognates: words that are similar in French and English / words that are identical / words that are totally different
7. Cultural information and comparisons: markets and farmer’s markets
   8.** Indigenous foods**: cerise de terre

Authentic images are great! They give you a real feel for another culture.
