Football Team Coloring Sheets, 30 printable pages of players, trophies, and pennants for a class following the season together. Print one design per sheet with no setup needed.

What Fills the Pages

A young player stands on one design in a striped jersey marked with the number 1, wearing a helmet with a face mask and holding a ball tucked under one arm. Socks and cleats finish the kit. Elsewhere the ball takes over as a character, an oval body with laces down the middle, arms out and legs mid stride. A trophy appears with a star on its cup, two curved handles, and a stepped base. A pennant flag reading GO flies from a short pole. Goal posts rise in the background of another sheet. TOUCHDOWN sits inside a rectangular banner with a thin border, while FOOTBALL runs in tall outlined capitals along the bottom. Triangles, stars, dots, and a shooting star with a face fill the leftover space.

Educational Benefits
  • Figure coloring gives children practice on a full body rather than a single object.
    • Uniform detail on jerseys and socks builds patience with stripes and numbers.
    • Reading short words happens on the banner and flag pages.
    • Goal setting talk starts easily when a trophy is on the desk.
    • Fine control develops on the face mask bars and the trophy handles.
How Teachers Use Them
  • Print for the week of a big local game.
    • Use as a reward at the end of a sports unit.
    • Add to a spirit week activity rotation.
    • Give to a student sitting out of PE with an injury.
    • Include in a summer sports camp folder.
    • Offer as a quiet choice during wet break.
