Students compare branch, telephone, online, app, post and social-media communication. They assess accessibility, speed, cost and security, then decide which methods suit different customers.

LESSON 22 – FINANCIAL REGULATION

Students explore the roles of the FCA, PRA and FSCS. They apply regulatory knowledge to scenarios involving scams, mis-selling, financial stability and customer protection.
