A free, print-ready A4 poster for any classroom, HOY office or staffroom where restorative practice is used. The five restorative questions, clearly laid out with a facilitator note for each one — designed to be displayed on the wall and used as a reference during restorative conversations.
The five questions:

What happened?
What were you thinking at the time?
Who has been affected, and how?
What do you need to do to make things right?
What will you do differently next time?

Each question includes a brief note on how to use it — what to listen for, where to take your time, and why that question matters in the sequence.
Print directly from PowerPoint at A4 size. Works in colour or black and white.
Designed by a former Assistant Headteacher with 17 years of secondary experience and responsibility for behaviour and attitudes.
Pairs with the Behaviour & Attitudes INSET Bundle and the Behaviour Incident Script Cards in our TES shop — both of which use the five restorative questions as a central framework.
Requires: Microsoft PowerPoint.
