Sweet Treats Coloring Pages, 41 printable sheets of donuts joined by candy, lollipops, and a swirled cinnamon roll. A dessert counter drawn in outline for children to fill in.

What Sits on the Pages

Donuts lead the way, most of them ring shaped with a wavy band of icing and a scatter of short sprinkle dashes. A few carry small hearts instead of sprinkles. Others are drawn without a hole at all, filled and round like a doughnut ball. One page shows a cinnamon roll from above, its spiral wound tight in three loops. Around the baked goods lie the rest of the sweets: a wrapped candy pinched at both ends with its twist marks drawn in, a lollipop with a coiled spiral head on a straight stick, and a smaller sweet dotted with speckles. Faces sit on nearly everything, eyes as filled circles, smiles curved and closed. DONUT and SWEET appear in outlined capitals, with stars, hearts, and loose dots between them.

Educational Benefits
  • Spiral tracing on the cinnamon roll and lollipop gives the hand a different motion to master.
    • Small shape accuracy develops across sprinkles, dots, and candy twists.
    • Sorting and comparing happens when a page holds several kinds of sweet at once.
    • Imaginative color use shows when a child invents flavors that do not exist.
    • Concentration lasts longer on the densely filled pages.
Ideas for Using Them
  • Print for a bakery or shop role play corner.
    • Use in a lesson about sometimes foods and everyday foods.
    • Hand out at a class celebration or fundraiser.
    • Add to a rainy day folder at home.
    • Offer as a quiet option during a party.
    • Pair with a counting activity using the sprinkles.
