Mirror affirmations worksheets for Year 1 to Year 4 (KS1-KS2, Grades 1-4): 15 printable pages that help children practise positive self-talk, name their feelings and build self-esteem by looking in the mirror and choosing kind words for themselves.

Each page uses a drawn mirror as the prompt. Pupils look in the mirror and draw what they see, notice their smile, kindness, courage and uniqueness, read and say affirmations such as “I am kind, “I am brave and “I can do hard things, colour the words that describe them, check in with how they feel, and start the day with a morning mirror routine.
