Overview
This Year 4 PSHE unit equips children with the health knowledge, decision-making skills, and personal safety understanding they need as they approach upper KS2. Covering everything from healthy eating and oral hygiene to puberty, body autonomy, and everyday risk, this unit prepares pupils for the physical and emotional changes ahead while reinforcing their right to feel safe in their own bodies.
