A complete KS3 History lesson on the Industrial Revolution, exploring the enquiry question: Why was the Industrial Revolution ‘the biggest wealth creation event in history’?

This lesson investigates how Britain became the ‘workshop of the world’, examining the role of cotton, coal, iron, and transport in driving economic change.
