Donut Coloring Pages, 80 printable sheets of frosted rings covered in sprinkles, drizzle, and tiny flowers, drawn for children who like coloring food. One design per page, ready for the printer.

How the Donuts Are Drawn

Each ring has a generous hole in the middle and a band of icing across the top, its lower edge scalloped into soft waves that drip down the dough. What sits on the icing changes from sheet to sheet. Most carry sprinkles drawn as short rounded dashes tilted in every direction. Some swap those for small daisies with five petals. Others use heart shaped toppings. The face appears on the dough below the icing, usually two filled dots for eyes and a shallow curved smile, though one donut winks with a single closed eye. Several pages group four or five donuts at different angles so a child can give each one its own flavor. Headings read DONUT or SWEET in hollow capitals, and loose stars, hearts, and dots fill the corners.

Educational Benefits
  • Repetitive precision builds as children color dozens of small sprinkles.
    • Circle and ring shapes become familiar through constant repetition.
    • Color planning matters on group pages where each donut needs a different look.
    • Patience is rewarded, since a heavily sprinkled page takes real time to finish.
    • Descriptive language comes up when children explain the flavors they invented.
Good Times to Print These
  • Use for a food or nutrition themed art lesson.
    • Set out at a class party or bake sale event.
    • Offer during indoor recess on a wet afternoon.
    • Print for a birthday activity table at home.
    • Add to a summer holiday boredom box.
    • Pair with a lesson on fractions using a ring cut into parts.
    • Keep a few in a bag for restaurant waits.
