This editable 60-minute Health and Social Care resource helps Year 10 students understand and apply care values in practice, with a particular focus on the 6 Cs: care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment.
Students work through a realistic clinic scenario, identify weak moments in care, practise value + evidence + impact explanations, redesign staff actions, and complete an independent written response. The pack is designed for Pearson BTEC Tech Award Health and Social Care 2022 Component 2 revision or teaching, but it can also support introductory KS4 health and social care lessons.
