Every IGCSE Business teacher knows the pattern. Your students understand the content. They can tell you what cash flow is, what economies of scale are, why a business might expand. Then Paper 2 comes back and the marks are lower than they should be. Not because they did not know the material, but because they did not answer the case study the way the mark scheme rewards.

This pack is built to close that exact gap.

Paper 2 is not a content test, it is a skills test. Students lose marks when they answer in general terms instead of using the case business in front of them, when they ignore the data in the appendices, and when their evaluation is a summary instead of a real judgement. Those three habits cost more marks than any gap in knowledge, and they are all fixable with the right method.

What is inside:

A clear step by step method for every Paper 2 question type, from the short application questions to the extended evaluation. Students learn exactly what each command word is asking for and how to structure the answer around it.

A full worked case study with model answers written to the top band, so students can see what a strong response actually looks like instead of just being told about it.

A mark scheme checklist for every question, showing what genuinely earns the mark, so students can self assess and spot for themselves where they are dropping points.

The mistakes examiners report year after year, each with a simple fix, so your students stop making the errors that quietly cost grades.

How to use it: the pack is flexible. Run it as a single focused lesson on exam technique, spread it across two or three lessons in the run up to the exam, or hand sections to students as independent revision. Everything is ready to teach with no prep.

Who it is for: Cambridge IGCSE Business, syllabus 0450. Some regions enter students under a different syllabus number, so check your own entry code. It works for ages 14 to 16, and is just as useful for stronger students chasing the top band as for students who need a clear structure to follow.

Why it is free: I build classroom business resources and simulations, and these come out of that work. I would rather put them in teachers hands and hear what actually helps. Use it with your classes, and if it saves you time, that is the whole point.
