Pearson Edexcel only — Pearson Edexcel GCSE (9–1) Art and Design and Pearson Edexcel A level Art and Design (9AD0 and endorsed titles), together.

Two examination manuals for an Art and Design department that teaches both key stages. They are about how each qualification is assessed and how students gain marks — not how to teach the subject, which the people reading them already know.

Nothing is averaged across boards. A department teaching Pearson Edexcel does not need to know what OCR does differently, so neither book tells them.

The assessment objectives are quoted in the board’s own words, and they are not the same at the two levels — AO2 is Refine at GCSE and Explore and select at A Level. Every specification statement is quoted verbatim and sourced, so a claim in either book can be checked against the published specification rather than
taken on trust.

For teachers, heads of department and SLT — not a student revision guide.

73 pages across two A4 PDFs, instant download. The first 15 pages of each are open to read at before you buy.
