This is for the AQA ALevel course but can be used for any ALevel course on the Cold War

This is a 2 hour introductory lesson (can be split into two one hour lessons) and includes homework/ independent learning tasks as well as teacher exposition.

All my Cold War Alevel lessons are created to link to key debates in the course relevant to the exam. THis one links to the debate on why the Grand Alliance collapsed by 1946.

Variety of independent and teacher led tasks including ice breaker initial task for students to get to know new classmates and teacher get to know them.
