Discussion Q: How has the internet changed the way we engage with texts? followed by slides with some of the key shifts (students to copy the underlined information).

Engaging with an image (which uses juxtaposition to show print media vs the internet). Unpack as a class vis discussion.

Context: A lesson designed for use in a 12 Essential English classroom in Queensland, Australia as part of Unit 3 “Language the Influences.” I have a mixed ability class (including QCIA learners).
