We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.

Founded in 2000, Doha Academy is a well-established group of three schools offering a British-based and Qatar National Curriculum from KG to Year 13. Our mission is to develop outward-looking, lifelong learners through quality education rooted in local cultural values and traditions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science or a relevant subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent).

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent).

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

  • Experience with the British curriculum would be an advantage.

  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.

  • Flexibility, cultural awareness and a commitment to professional development.
